The World Health Organization (WHO) stated on Thursday that Gaza’s health system is at a snap point as Israeli escalated military operations ongoing, amid worsening over population relocation and claimed shortages of basic needs.
Four main hospitals in Gaza have had to pause medical services in the last week due to their adjacency of events. WHO missions trying to reach Al-Awda Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital were blocked, it stated.
According to WHO, merely 19 of the Gaza Strip’s 36 hospitals remain in service while nearby to 94% of all hospitals are broken or demolished, further stating that merely 12 are in a condition to give a range of health services. (Forelines)
