U.S. President Trump’s administration revoked Harvard University’s eligibilty for enrollment foreign students on Thursday, and directing students already enrolled to transfer to other schools or forfeit their legal status, according to the Department of Homeland Security, as per Reuters.
According to the Reuters, Kristi Noem, Homeland Security Secretary has directed the department to revoke the Harvard University’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification, the department stated in a statement. Kristi Noem alleged the university of “fostering violence, antisemitism, and coordinating with the Chinese Communist Party.”
