(Forelines) – Israeli Defence Forces said that a Hamas terror tunnel that was 1 kilometer long and filled with bombs and weapons was dismantled.
IDF said that its troops operating in Khan Yunis, uncovered and dismantled a 15-meter-deep tunnel used by Hamas to store AK-47s, RPGs and explosives.
IDF further stated that dozens of terrorists were killed during the operation, and Hamas terror facilities, such as military bases, observation posts, and missile launch pads, were demolished.
“DISMANTLED: A 1km-long Hamas terror tunnel packed with weapons and explosives. IDF troops operating in Khan Yunis, uncovered and dismantled a 15-meter-deep tunnel used by Hamas to store AK-47s, RPGs and explosives. During the operation, dozens of terrorists were eliminated and Hamas terror infrastructure, including military compounds, observation posts, and rocket launch sites, were destroyed,” IDF said in a post on X.
